Building 32

Building 54
This project was an 11-story building to be refurbished on a semi temporary basis as the building is due to be demolition in the next 5 years.
This was carried out in two phases; Phase 1 was carried out over the summer period and run concurrently with building 32.
We stripped out all 11 floors core staircase lighting, rewired and re installed new LED lighting through the entire core.
In addition to the stairs, phase 1 saw the refurbishment of floors two, three and four both small power, lighting and level 3 toilet refurbishment.
