Situated in the heart of Southampton this beautiful grade 2 listed building gave us plenty of logistical challenges, coupled with all works were undertaken between the hours of 10pm-6am meant that there was little room for error to enable the business was ready to open the following day.
Historic drainage issues were overcome that have never been rectified in the past, along with beautifully selected high end sanitary ware transformed these once tired washrooms into elegant fully functioning spaces.
Renowned designer Martin Brudnizki once said “nothing leaves a worse impression on its users than a dirty tired washroom, A restaurants toilet should be as impeccable as the table you dine at, and if it isn’t don’t eat there”
