Category ‘B’ office fit out is where functionality meets aesthetics, designed specifically to suit the requirements of the client's space,
The main shared office spaces and board room benefited from 3 compartment perimeter dado trunking offering the client versatility for future changes and additions as the business grows.
AC cassettes within grid ceilings provided heating and cooling to all spaces with temp control.
Cat 6 data points were housed within the 3-compartment dado trunking to serve the business network requirements with wall mounted comms cabinet.
A newly formed Kitchenette was graced with a chilled and hot water tap, sink and dishwasher all carried out by ElecMech
Fire alarm alterations were carried out to suit the new layout along with adoration to the refuge point system.
